Welcome to Wild Wild Westies—where charm, character, and companionship come wrapped in a fluffy white coat. Since 2006, we've dedicated our lives to raising purebred West Highland White Terriers right here on our 15-acre homestead in Abbeville, SC. Whether you're looking for a loyal lapdog, a spirited playmate, or your next best friend, our Westie puppies are lovingly raised and ready to fill your home with joy.

We’re not a puppy mill. We’re a family—one that includes each of our Westies. From carefully selected champion bloodlines to one-on-one care from birth, our dogs receive the kind of attention and love that turns great dogs into unforgettable companions.

Raised With Heart, From Day One

What sets our Westies apart? It starts with where they’re born—and how they’re raised.

• We raise our puppies right alongside our family on over 15 acres of fenced, open land in rural South Carolina. Here, they get fresh air, space to play, and daily interaction with both people and our adult dog “pack.” This early socialization sets the foundation for a confident, affectionate, and well-adjusted dog.
• Puppies are fed a mix of premium dry kibble and fresh meat daily
• All receive daily vitamins and minerals
• Regular “field trips” begin at 5 weeks
• Weekly baby pictures sent to you starting at 3–4 weeks
• Strict worming & vaccination schedule (vet records provided)
  

Each puppy receives the same care and attention as if they were staying with us forever—until they’re ready for their own family at 8 weeks old.

We’ve made it easy to reserve one of our puppies with a secure deposit form. We don't ship puppies cargo but instead we do offer a trusted puppy nanny service who will accompany your puppy on her lap and hand-deliver to your nearest U.S. international airport.

Meet the Heart Behind Wild Wild Westies

Founded by Tamara Nimmons, a lifelong animal lover and biology graduate from USC, Wild Wild Westies grew out of a passion for ethical breeding and exceptional care. With a background in vet tech work and wildlife rescue (including founding the Lakota Wildlife Center), Tamara brings science, compassion, and intuition to every litter.
